Bad packaging, smashed candle
The candle I ordered was completely smashed in the box. There were glass bits everywhere when I opened it. Poor packaging. I believe the shipping for returning items is £2- which I find ridiculous when the product shipped to me was faulty, and not of my doing.

I am still waiting for this item
I am still waiting for this item. Ordered on July 6th. Got message on July 8th to say it’s on its way. I have sent 2 messages to the providers with no response. I tried again yesterday, managed to get a ‘live chat’ with someone, who said he would try and help, but then no response after waiting 5 minutes. Asked if he was still there, no reply. Next step is the Ombudsman!!! The company took no time in taking my money though!

I ordered some towels & received them the next day! Fantastic service. The towels are beautifully thick & soft. I ordered them because we had them in our holiday let & I was very impressed with them. A real touch of luxury.

Worst ever Customer Service
My goodness this really has to be the worst ever Customer Service.
I placed an order using a gift card.
Realised the basket had changed and I could not opt for next day delivery.
Tried to phone and reached thru to someone who was obviously WFH as you could not even hear her.
Told me to cancel the order and reorder again.
@ £50 for a Tshirt I don't think I will re-order
What happened after beggars belief. Some call centre staff just reading from a Script.
Be careful when buying from them as I will not be using White Company ever again!
24 hrs still no refund of Gift Card!
Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service for a brand that you'd expect better from. Ordered a gift for my godson 2 week prior to the event with standard 3-5 day delivery time. 3 days before the event and still no parcel arrived I phoned customer services and was told that the item was still sat in the warehouse. After explaining the reason for the gift the assistant offered to change the item to next day delivery and promised it would arrive in time before the event. Alas the item did not arrive in time. Another phone call to customer services to request a refund. I was told that a delivery pick up had been organised and that I would get further details on the day of pick up. No details came through and no delivery pick up after 2 days of waiting at home leading to having to go out of my way to return to store. Unacceptable service and do not recommend shopping here!

I’m always really happy when I buy from the White Company. I love their products and as I’m on their mailing list I almost always have a discount code for my purchases. I love their shops and exceptional customer service

Felt the person was more interested in other customers, no tissue paper around any of my purchases, I bought a white top and 4 bottles oh home oil, it was only after I got back to my office that I found some of the oil on my new top! Not happy.
I am always there, and this has never been done in all previous interactions.

Ordered two bath sheets for £21 each
Ordered two bath sheets for £21 each. I appreciate that’s not a huge amount of money for bath sheets, but when they arrived (which took two weeks) I found that firstly, they are not bath sheets, they are too small. Secondly, they are wafer thin, not suitable as a towel at all, much more like what you might buy for a fiver from B&M bargains, and not the standard one might expect for £21 each from the White company. Confirms what I’ve always thought of the White company, overpriced tat for the middle classes.

Product arrived broken
Product arrived broken. What's disappointing I bought a pair of candle holders, a gift box and also paid for delivery.
The product arrived Friday and I was going to take it as a gift on Saturday. I opened to check, as I heard a lot of broken pieces house, only to realise the gift is totally broken.
Took it book to the nearest store, I was told I can only get refund for the product and not the gift box or the delivery charges.
I was given a gift box and was told to contact customer service to get refund for a delivery that brought a broken product.
